1. Acceptance of Terms & Overview
By accessing this website, requesting a project quote, or commissioning custom web design and development services from With Favour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Project Delivery & Turnaround Expectations
We pride ourselves on clear, reliable execution. Project timelines commence once the initial deposit is confirmed and all foundational client assets (brand guidelines, copy, imagery) are received:
3 – 5 Days
Single-page responsive marketing and landing pages.
1 – 2 Weeks
Multi-page platforms with custom interactive elements.
24 – 48 Hours
Urgent and date-specific digital gift websites.
3. Revision Policy
Each package includes a defined number of structured revision rounds (1 to 3 rounds depending on the commissioned tier) to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- What's Covered: Adjustments to typography, color accents, copy text corrections, photo swaps, and layout refinement within the agreed scope.
- Scope Changes: Substantial structural changes, additional pages not in the original scope, or new third-party integrations requested mid-build will be quoted transparently as an add-on before implementation.
4. Payment Terms & Currency
• Milestones: Standard projects require a 50% deposit to begin development, with the remaining 50% due upon preview approval prior to final domain propagation and code handover.
• Location-Based Pricing: Nigerian clients are billed in Naira (₦) via direct bank transfer. International clients worldwide are billed in USD ($) via Grey (foreign account transfer).
• Transparent Scope: For the Business Portal tier, pricing starts from $500 (or ₦250,000) and may range up to $700 depending on customized features, confirmed in writing prior to any payment.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership Handover
Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property rights to the custom web design, HTML/CSS/JS source code, and assets created specifically for your project transfer 100% to you. With Favour retains the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio and promotional materials.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear text content, high-resolution imagery, and timely feedback during review periods. Clients warrant that all supplied text, logos, and photos do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Websites are tested for cross-browser compatibility across modern versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. We offer a 30-day bug-fix guarantee after launch for any technical issues arising from our original code. With Favour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or downtime caused by third-party hosting infrastructure (Vercel) or domain registrars.
